These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of any event tickets, conference passes, or related services through the MedTech Events platform. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All prices listed on our platform are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a ticket will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We accept major credit cards and other secure digital payment methods. Payment must be received in full before an event ticket is issued.
Upon successful payment, tickets and registration confirmations will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is accurate.
In the event that a conference or summit is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizer, we will communicate the updated details. Refund eligibility in these cases is subject to our Refund Policy and the specific organizer's terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to ticket unavailability, errors in the description or price of the event, or suspicion of fraudulent transactions.
