Our medical compliance team reviews submitted events within 1 business day. During review, your event page is private. Once approved, your public URL and QR code become active for sharing and ticket sales. You will receive an email notification the moment your event goes live.
Yes. If you already have a ticketing flow on an external platform (Eventbrite, Hopin, etc.), you can link it directly from the event builder. Attendees will be redirected to your external link. The 5% platform fee only applies to tickets sold directly through MedTechConf's checkout.
MedTechConf is built exclusively for medical and health-tech audiences. You can publish in-person conferences, online webinars, hybrid summits, CME sessions, product launches, training workshops, and community meetups. All events must be relevant to the medical or health-tech industry to pass our compliance review.
Every approved event automatically receives a unique QR code. You can display it on posters, exhibition booths, slide decks, or printed flyers. When scanned, attendees are taken directly to your event's public page where they can view details and purchase tickets. The QR code stays active for the full duration of your event.
Yes. The organizer dashboard gives you a full attendee table with names, ticket types, and payment status. You can search attendee records and export the complete list as a CSV file at any time — useful for badge printing, check-in sheets, and compliance reporting.
After your event, revenue is processed through your linked payout workspace. MedTechConf deducts its 5% platform fee and transfers the remaining balance to your account. You can track revenue, view transaction history, and monitor payout status directly from your organizer dashboard.
Yes. You can update most event details — description, speaker lineup, schedule changes, and ticket availability — after publishing. If a change affects the core event information (venue, date, or format), our team may do a brief re-review to ensure the event still meets our medical audience guidelines. Attendees who have already purchased tickets will see the updated details in their ticket hub.
