At MedTech Events, our goal is to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Because we operate as a platform connecting attendees with event organizers, refund policies can vary depending on the specific event. However, the following general guidelines apply to purchases made through our platform.
If you need to cancel your registration for an event, you may be eligible for a refund if you request it at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Requests made closer to the event date may not be fully refundable, as dictated by the organizer's terms.
If an event is canceled or significantly rescheduled by the organizer, attendees are generally entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. We will work with the organizer to process these refunds automatically to the original payment method.
Certain items or services may be designated as strictly non-refundable. These typically include digital downloads, VIP upgrades, or specific promotional tickets. Please review the ticket details carefully during checkout.
To request a refund, please log into your account, navigate to your active tickets, and select "Request Refund" if the option is available. Alternatively, you can contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the request.
